Vancouver to Halifax.
Three weeks.
Seven thousand kilometersIs it even possible?
Is it worth it?
By some random act of madness I ask one of my only friends
*violin music* if he still wanted to go on that stupidly long road trip he'd been blathering about. Having nothing else to do myself
*more violins*and no-one else old or familiar to spend time with
*full orchestra* I started to actually consider the idea seriously.
Dodge Charger + Two slightly disheveled Geordies + no direction sense = disasterIt's surely suicide? And the idea of spending 150 hours in a car listening his taste in music is about as appealing as running naked through the ladies section of John Lewis with my genitals on fire, singing "My sex is on fire" out of tune and in Yiddish.
But it's about the ride, right?
Three weeks. It does not seem likely I will get the chance to admire much but the stars that trail past as we travel at warp speed. Not only that, but I'm sure due to unforeseen circumstances we will either
(A) be arrested
(B) Be raped by bears
(C) be arrested, and the ensuing "Holiday/vacation/whatever" will turn into a gumball rally to try and get the badly malfunctioning piece of shit they palmed us with to Nova before they slap us with a hefty fine, with possible imprisonment/bear love to follow.
Perhaps I'm thinking too much.

you never know if one is going to rape you.
i live in canadia.
vancouver is sweet.
i'd skip the whole middle/east coast part, actually, only i live in the middle.
you also won't get raped by bears in vancouver, and that's the whole idea, right? (although you might get raped by something else...)

It's my party and I'll stab if I want to.
1. Where I work, I got a higher paid job, but couldn't transfer because the job was advertised before the pay positions were created!!
2. By the time of the holiday anything could have transpired. I could be seriously ill or have lost my job or been hit by a truck.
2. When I have the money I need, I'll be staring at £3000. That could be three weeks in Japan, or Auckland, a month in Europe, or six months backpacking through Asia. It's a 5D MKII with a 24-105 F4 IS lens /or a 24-105 and a 70-200 F2.8 L IS USM/ With a new laptop and a short holiday in Norway. It's a Skulltrail PC. It's a loan paid off. Will I have the willpower to make the right choice? After three weeks in Canada what will I have gained and what will remain?
4. I may have lacked the willpower to save enough money.

And always there will be the dream of travelling,
of boarding the boats sailing from trivia,
And always there will be the regret,
the sense of carnivals finished.

Awesome. I'll bring you a pie.
Well, since I'm not down with the man love homie, I guess I'll just have to Jonny rocket pants my ass out of that shit at the first sign of pants down action.
Haha. God. I might actually have to speak to people. I hope I don't like anyone ^.^ Nice people are like branches on trees and only serve to tear bits of me away with them.
